Mana Cold Room Design
We provide reliable environmental controls for a wide range of applications, including GMP storage, agricultural and seed storage, nutritional supplements and other temperature-sensitive products.
Our cold rooms can use desiccant-based or refrigeration-based dehumidification to maintain a low dew point and help prevent ice accumulation on products and equipment surfaces.
Typical operating temperatures range from +18°C to -45°C.

The Cold Storage Unit
The cold storage unit can include a refrigeration compressor, condenser, compressor oil separator, liquid receiver, gas-liquid separator, solenoid valve, pressure-control system and heat-dissipation fan motor. It can be configured to match the required cooling capacity, selected refrigeration equipment and site conditions.
Door Materials
Doors can use a fully enclosed frame, rigid polyurethane foam and colour-coated steel on the inside and outside. Stainless steel, embossed aluminium and other materials can be selected according to the project. Door configurations include hinged, sliding and electric sliding doors, together with suitable floor construction.
